PILES
Piles is a very common
disease for male & female It’s another
name is
hemorrhoids. In allopathic
system it is surgical problem but in Homeopathy is not surgical problem. Piles
are nothing but vein’s which are present is the rectum. Generally they causes no
problem but when the stool be come hard then start bleeding paining protruding from
the anus the condition then needs treatment . Piles are enlarged and engorged
blood vessels in or around the anus. These may be associated with pain itching
and feeling as if a lump of bump is hanging down.
Kinds of piles
Piles are two kinds 1)Internal piles 2)External piles.
1) Internal piles :The most
common symptom of internal piles is painless bright red blood covering the stool on toilet paper or in the
toilet bowl .Internal piles may protrude through the anus outside the body
,becoming irritated and painful . This type pile is called protruding hemorrhoids.
2) External
piles ; It may include painful
swelling or a hard lump around the anus that results when a blood clot forms
.This kinds of piles is call thrombosed external hemorrhoids or piles
Cause of Hemorrhoids
constipation and prolonged
straining at stool are main cause of piles but there are some other important
aspects to-
1)Familial tendency
2)Sedentary life style
3)Hypertension mainly in
portal vein
4)Increased use of alcohol
and caffeine .
5)Obesity
6)Constipation as well as
chronic diarrhea
7)Hepatic disease
8)Rectal surgery
9)Low fiber diet causing
small caliber stool and straining during
defecation.
10)Inherited
11)Sycotic miasm affected
body
12)Generic disposition
13)Poor muscle tone in the
rectal region.
